If you have purchased a program, protocol, or service from Infinite Wholistics, you may only receive a full refund if you have not started your program or service. For example- if you signed up & paid money to join the Alkaline Vegan Program on Monday, January 2nd with a start date of Friday, January 6th and you have a change of heart by January 5th, By letting us know your concerns and or plan to cancel, you may be issued a full refund.
Once a service or therapeutic protocol, such as guasha or terahertz therapy has been initiated, refunds will not be issued. Our services are designed to be cumulative and require multiple sessions for optimal results. Missed sessions can be rescheduled within 30 days, subject to availability, but no refunds will be granted for sessions already paid for.
If a client needs to cancel before starting their protocol, we offer either a full refund or a credit toward future services, as long as the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the first session. For any cancellations made after the service has started, no refunds will be provided.
Furthermore, you will be given a full description of the program or service you choose. Appointment dates, techniques & tools used as well as time it takes to perform the service or program, risk & benefits, will all be given to you upfront. Once you have agreed, signed a contract and started the program, there will be no refunds.
If purchasing essential oils from Infinite Wholistics, ingredients, uses, contraindications, & benefits of the oils will be given to you upfront. Once you have agreed, by purchasing these products, there will be no refunds.
